RCU Recognized as “Best Place to Work” in North Bay

Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is honored to have recently been selected, for the fourth consecutive year, as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay by the North Bay Business Journal. Winners were selected based on several criteria including an employer questionnaire, employee survey ratings, number of employee responses, and written comments by employees. 72% of RCU employees responded to the confidential online survey, which far exceeded the publication's minimum criteria.

Some of the elements cited as winning practices included RCU's community involvement programs, trust and respect for employees, the company culture, the focus on service and the organization's focus on “doing the right thing”.
