Redwood Credit Union Names Member Service Center Manager
Deirdre Thompson to Oversee Daily Operations of RCU’s Local Call Center
Santa Rosa, CA –Redwood Credit Union (RCU) recently named Deirdre Thompson as new manager of their local telephone Member Service Center. In her new role, Ms. Thompson will provide vision and leadership to Member Service Center staff; manage, plan, coordinate and administer day-to-day operations of the inbound call center; develop lines of business; maintain efficiencies and Member security; and ensure quality Member service.
Deirdre Thompson has nearly 10 years of support center management experience, most recently as Deposits Contact Center Site Leader with Bank of America. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University at Hayward, and is a member of several professional service organizations including the National Association of Female Executives and the Urban Financial Services Coalition.
